
BALTIMORE-Under Armour Inc. is expanding its footprint in Baltimore's Locust Point. The sportswear maker has signed a lease for a Class A office space in the former Phillips Foods Inc. facility on Fort Avenue. It will occupy 25,260 square feet on the first floor of the facility at 1215 E. Fort Ave.
KLNB Retail listed the space at $27.50 per square foot. Aden King with Phillips refused to comment on how Under Armour plans to use the office space. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
