SEATTLE-Amazon.com's proposal for an office project in downtown Seattle has been conditionally approved by the Seattle Department of Planning and Development. The three-block, 3.3-million-square-foot project will span on Seventh Avenue between Blanchard and Virginia streets.
Architects of NBBJ, which is designing the office project, said this summer that the first phase of the project could start in about a year. The first phase will include a 37-story tower, retail space, 1,064 underground parking stalls and a 2,000-seat meeting facility. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
