FRISCO, TX-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been selected to market Legacy Drive Office Center, a two-story office building in Frisco. The suburban Class A office building has reached the market with an asking price of $11.8 million.

The 63,246-square-foot building is 92% leased to various tenants, including North American Life Plans, PlainsCapital Bank and Wells Fargo. Ron Hebert from the Dallas office of Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
