WASHINGTON, DC-Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has broken ground on its $100-million outlet project at National Harbor in the Washington, DC area.

WASHINGTON, DC-Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has broken ground on its $100-million outlet project at National Harbor in the Washington, DC area. The Greensboro-based REIT is expecting to open the National Harbor outlet center stretching over 335,000 square feet on a 35-acre site by Q3 2013.

The new facility will be the first Tanger outlet center in the Washington, DC area. Tanger is expecting that almost 90 different brands will occupy space in the retail center. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
