WASHINGTON, DC-Property Group Partners, based in New York, has acquired air rights from the District for the $1.3-billion Capitol Crossing project on the Center Leg Freeway. The 2.2-million-square-foot project, which will comprise four office towers and one 150-unit residential tower as well as 63,000 square feet of retail space, will be developed in phases.
The planned buildings include 250 Massachusetts Ave., 200 Massachusetts Ave., 600 Second St., 200 F St. and 201 F St. Work is expected to start in Q3 2013. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
