MIAMI-Tibor Hollo has made up his mind to develop the Villa Magna site in Miami's Brickell neighborhood to accommodate a hotel and apartment units. The 2.5-acre waterfront property, located at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, will have a hotel comprising 180 to 200 suites and about 400 apartment units.
