CLEVELAND-The headquarters building of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District will be sold at an auction next year. David Browning of CBRE Cleveland said that the auction will take place at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel on March 7.
The six-story building, developed in 1930, sits on a 1.75-acre site at 1380 E. Sixth St. in Cleveland and it comprises 209,359 square feet of office space. Gordon Greene of Cleveland-based Chartwell Auctions LLC will conduct the auction. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
