NEW YORK CITY-The Wall Street Journal reported that Extell Development Corporation and Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture LLP will work together to develop a Midtown tower, which will be the tallest residential building in New York. This will be the second Midtown residential tower for Extell, which is developing One57 on 57th Street.
