PEWAUKEE, WI-Waterstone Financial Inc.'s subsidiary, Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has leased a 55,000-square-foot building situated at N25 W23255 Paul Road in Pewaukee to house its new headquarters. As per the deal, the company will initially take up 40,000 to 45,000 square feet with the option to occupy the remaining space. At present, Waterstone Mortgage operates in 35,000 square feet of space in three buildings. The company's main office is situated at 1133 Quail Court, Pewaukee.
