SAN ANTONIO-Billy Padgett came on board CBRE's local office as senior real estate manager of property management. Padgett, who brings 10 years of experience with him, as well as a thorough knowledge of the San Antonio commercial real estate market, will be responsible for providing best-in-class property management for clients.

In his new position, Padgett joins Laurie Wier, a real estate manager who has been with CBRE since 2007 and recently joined the San Antonio office, and Elisabeth Dushner who joined CBRE San Antonio in 2010 and is the real estate coordinator.  “I am excited to have Billy join the CBRE San Antonio team, his reputation and knowledge of the San Antonio real estate market is outstanding and he will be an excellent addition to our growing market,” comments Rob Roy, senior managing director of asset services for CBRE in a press release.

Padgett was most recently with Concord Properties, where he was vice president of property management. Prior to his stint at Concord Properties, which began in 2003, Padgett spent more than nine years as general manager with The Quarry Golf Club.

“I am very excited to have the opportunity to stay in my hometown, and to now have the resources of an international commercial real estate platform behind me. The opportunity to work in an environment with a sophisticated and dynamic group, all motivated to succeed, was just an opportunity that I had to be part of,” Padgett comments in a prepared statement.
