PORTLAND, OR—Caryl Brown, a veteran retail broker, has joined Kidder Mathews as a vice president in the retail division.
She will retain her focus on leasing and sales of retail properties in the central business district as well as the Pearl District.
She most recently worked with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson and prior to that, was with Debbie Thomas. Clients include American Apparel, Crossroads Trading Co., Bettie Page Clothing, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Rogue Ales and Steven Smith Teamaker.
