HOUSTON-Clark Thompson, a local attorney, has joined Colvill Office Properties as executive vice president and COO. Thompson, who has more than 30 years of experience in real estate transactions, energy projects and corporate law comes to Colvill straight from a partnership at Bracewell & Guiliani LLP.
While at his previous job, Thompson represented landlords and tenants in more than 12 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions. His work included office building purchases and sales as well as build-to-suit, sale-leaseback and structured lease transactions.

"His insight into the intricacies of large leases typical of today's Class A office market will be a valuable asset for our clients and their tenants."
A native Houstonian, Thompson graduated with honors from University of Texas School of Law and earned a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, VA.
