COSTA MESA, CA-Approximately 250 industry professionals gathered recently at the Center Club to attend a gala evening sponsored by Commercial Real Estate Women Orange County. The event known as the SPIRE awards is the only commercial real estate awards program in Orange County.

Those eligible to win awards at the event (which stands for Superior Performance in Real Estate) included those involved with Orange County developers, interiors firms, construction companies, lenders, brokerage professionals, architects, mortgage bankers and more.

Award-winning projects, the categories in which they won and those involved with the projects include:
