LOS ANGELES—LLC Property Management has created the LLC Rewards Program which offers tenants a “Tenant Rewards Card” which is tied to their lease and allows them to receive discounts at various local and regional retailers. For every new client that is signed, LLC Property Management reaches out to local retailers in the property's community offering retailers the opportunity to participate in the program.

The participating retailers benefit by adding hundreds of potentially new clients to their database, with no additional advertising costs, and the community benefits by keeping money that may otherwise be spent elsewhere, within the community.
