NEWPORT BEACH, CA-CBRE has hired Casey Immel as VP in the local office. Immel will add to CBRE's robust healthcare practice group and tenant-representation team, where he'll represent clients throughout Orange County.

A 12-year veteran of the industry, Immel's accomplishments include healthcare transactions valuing at more than $75 million and more than $200 million in office and industrial transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, he was part of Colliers Healthcare Services, a division of Colliers International, which focuses solely on providing real estate solutions to the healthcare industry.

For the last five years, Immel has been immersed in the healthcare sector, while prior to that he was focused on industrial and office transactions. He is experienced in local and national tenant representation, leasing and marketing, sales, site selection and property valuation.

As GlobeSt.com reported earlier this week, CBRE is growing its industrial brokerage group in Austin with addition of Ace Schlameus as first VP. Schlameus joins the firm with more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, including six years at HPI in Austin where he was responsible for more than seven million square feet of institutional assignments.
