BALTIMORE-Wells Fargo has signed on for another 10 years at its offices at 7 St. Paul St. here.
The financial services firm renewed its lease for 95,000 square feet of office space at the property owned by Harbor Group International LLC. The new lease begins in 2015, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
Matthew L. Seward of Cassidy Turley represented the building owner; Cushman & Wakefield handled negotiations for Wells Fargo.
“Wells Fargo's commitment to downtown in particular is very telling about how well the downtown and the city in general is doing,” Seward says. “That corner in particular, with 10 Light St. being redeveloped into an apartment building and then having Wells Fargo's commitment for 10 more years is just going to continue to make the CBD continue to thrive.” See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
