SANFRANCISCO-Transwestern has brokered a long-term lease for an additional13,000 square feet in San Francisco's prestigiousWaterfront Plaza toaccommodate an additional expansion by GiantCreative/Strategy LLC, arapidly rising marketing communications agency specializing in thehealthcare industry. The added space at 1700 Montgomery Street nowmakes Giant the Waterfront Plaza's largest tenant, occupying atotal of nearly 40,000 square feet.
