The project comprises an approximately-497,000-rentable-square-foot life science campus with additional onsite ground-up development opportunities aggregating approximately 393,000-rentable-square-feet.

An event was held last week, and company executives expected to be joined by special guest State Senator Marty Block to mark the completion of the campus, a world-class laboratory/office facility, a fitness facility and 1,750 seat outdoor amphitheater.
