BALTIMORE-Locally-based Seawall Development Co.plans to acquire about three blocks of properties on the west sideof Remington Avenue here to build a new mixed-use development ofresidential, retail and office space.

Seawall wants to convert two existing industrial buildings toretail and office use and raze a third block for a new residentialand retail complex where Remington Avenue meets 27th Street,according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

The firm has properties located in the 2700, 2800 and 2900blocks of Remington Avenue under contract and intends to snap upthe Baltimore Glass Co. building at 2700 RemingtonAve., according to Seawall Development partner EvanMorville. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
