NEW YORK CITY-The Prince Lumber Co. will be relocating from its space at 61 Ninth Ave. and West 15th St. to Clinton in order to make way for a new 12-story office building.
The Prince Tower will total 172,000 square feet of office space, three floors of retail and a fourth floor of restaurants, according to the New York Post.
Prince Lumber will relocate operations to a new building under construction at 612-18 W. 47th St. on a site the firm acquired in January for $10.6 million. See story in the New York Post.
