PHILADELPHIA-Dranoff Properties is seeking to build a new 21-story residential tower in Center City here.
The project, called One Riverside, would be built on a parking lot at 25th Street between Locus and Manning streets, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The project would feature approximately 167 units and about 1,000 square feet of retail and amenity space that would include a fitness center, game room and club room.
The newspaper reports that apartments would be located on floors 3 through 20 and the top floor would contain five penthouse units. Locally-based Dranoff is already developing Southstar Lofts in Center City that when completed next spring will feature 85 apartments and more than 10,000 square feet of retail space.
