Developers to Start Rental Project Next Month

GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, OH-The joint venture of JSDI Celmark Ltd. hopes to begin construction in July on the new “View on Fifth” apartment complex here.

The project to be built along West Fifth Avenue by Celmark Development Group and Solove Real Estate will commence with the construction of a three-story, 132-unit apartment complex on both sides of Holly Avenue near Fifth. In August, the developer expects to begin construction on a six-story, 153-unit building, according to Columbus Business First.

The development is also to include nearly 25,000 square feet of street-level retail space. See story in Columbus Business First.
