MIAMI-The Gunster law firm has signed a lease for the entire 35th floor of Miami's newest office tower here at 600 Brickell.
The lease deal is for a 12-year term totaling 21,355 square feet at 600 Brickell, which is now being called Brickell World Plaza. The law firm will vacate space it has occupied since 1995 at One Biscayne Tower, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
“Now that some of Miami's law firms are more focused on global and national growth, Gunster is capitalizing on its focus on Florida,” says former US Senator George Lemieux, chairman of Gunster. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
