ATLANTIC CITY, NJ-All 12 casinos here have applied for permission to offer online gambling when it becomes legal in the state in November.

Lisa Spengler, a spokeswoman for the state's Division of Gaming Enforcement, says that all 12 casinos filed before the June 30 deadline to be part of the first round of approvals.

Each resort said it plans to partner with an existing Internet wagering company to offer digital gaming in New Jersey, Spengler adds. Those partner companies will have until the end of July to apply for licenses.

Trump Taj Mahal casino will partner with Ultimate Gaming of Las Vegas to provide Internet gambling. Ultimate Gaming runs the website UltimatePoker.com and began offering real-money online poker in Nevada in April. See story in the Star Ledger.
