FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—In the new wave of condo development, we're seeing some interesting twists. Some developers are building mid-rises where every floor is a single unit. Others are targeting specific demographics.

Costa Hollywood Condo Resort at Hollywood Beach is doing the latter. Liberty Grand, LLC just broke ground on a development that's targeting the Jewish community. The strategy seems to be working. Slated for completion by Spring 2015, Costa Hollywood has already sold 50% of is inventory.

"This city is undergoing a transformation," says Moses Bensusan, Costa Hollywood's developer and CEO of Liberty. "The future of Hollywood Beach is now, and we're thrilled to be a viable component during this transition.”

Bensusan has collaborated with Hamed Rodriguez, known for his luxury architecture services, as well as Logitech Construction Company. The firm also partnered with Paula Villabonna as the project director, who is a leading architect and interior design consultant.

Buyers can select from seven floor plans available in studios or one- and two- bedrooms, ranging from 400 to 1,500 square feet strategically positioned next to Hollywood Beach Village, an upscale outdoor retail and dining district complete with boutique shops, fine restaurants, and a holistic day spa. Units price from $220,000 to $800,000.
