ST LOUIS, MO-The Opus Group of Minneapolis, MN is now proposing a scaled-down mixed-use project for a parcel in the city's Central West End neighborhood.
The developer now hopes to build an eight-story, 177-unit apartment building and more than 11,000 square feet of retail space on the corner of Lindell Boulevard and Euclid Avenue, according to nextSTL.
In 2005 Opus proposed $98-million, 28-story, 200-unit mixed-use building that was scrapped in 2007 due to neighborhood opposition. The new formed-city based code that covers the property calls for a building of three to 12 stories in height. See story at nextSTL.
