MAHWAH, NJ-The shopping center project to be built at the International Crossroads was supposed to be on the Planning Board's agenda this evening, but scheduling issues have caused discussion on the controversial project to be delayed until September.

Planning Board Chairman Todd Sherer says that a discussion on environmental issues in connection with the project has been delayed because experts for the planning board and the developer—Crossroads Developers—are unable to attend.

Crossroads Developers applied nearly two years ago to build a 600,000-square-foot shopping center on 140 acres at the intersection of Routes 17 and 287. See story in The Record.
