SALISBURY, MD-Marshall Hotels & Resorts, Inc. reports it has secured three new hotel management contracts for properties in New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania.
The locally-based company will now manage the 187-room Holiday Inn Pittsburgh-Monroeville in Monroeville, PA, the 197-room Lafayette Yard Hotel & Conference Center (formerly the Trenton Marriott) in Trenton, NJ, and the 440-room Ramada Kissimmee Maingate West in Celebration, FL.
“While each of these hotels had very specific needs of their own, they all required an experienced management team to help them achieve their goals,” said Mike Marshall, president and CEO of Marshall Hotels. “Whether it was new ownership requiring an overall operations game plan or an existing ownership group wishing to move in a different direction, Marshall's ability to move quickly and work hand-in-hand with owners is what set us apart from the competition.”
