BALTIMORE, MD-Jones Lang LaSalle is doubling the space it occupies in this city, inking a 12,000-square foot lease at 500 East Pratt St. The company previously occupied 6,000 square feet at 7 St. Paul Street.

The new CBD location will facilitate the firm's rapid growth, says Mark Levy, JLL's Baltimore market director, in a prepared statement.

"Jones Lang LaSalle is making a significant investment in the Baltimore market…," Levy says. "We are growing our team of professionals in all service lines and will be making many new key hire announcements in the coming months."

Built in 2005, 500 East Pratt Street is a 275,000-square-foot office tower. It is part of the Lockwood Place mixed-use development at Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Other tenants include law firms Saul Ewing LLP and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, Reznick Group and Planit.
