Tech Firm Signs Lease in Chester County

EXTON, PA-A manufacturer of 3-D measurement and imaging systems has signed a significant industrial lease here.

Faro Technologies of Lake Mary, FL has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 68,000 square feet of space at 290 National Road. The Walters Co. is building the 90,364-square-foot building, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Construction on the project is expected to begin next month. The building is slated to be finished in the third quarter of 2014. Scott Williams of Binswanger represented Walters Co. and Mitch Jacoby of Cresa Partners represented Faro Technologies in the transaction. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
