SILVER SPRING, MD-Montgomery County has selected StonebridgeCarras and Bozzuto to redevelop two public parking lots and the Mid-County Regional Services Center in Wheaton and the Planning Department headquarters on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, MD.

They will also be developing a new regional services center, offices for the Planning Department and a town square in Wheaton, reports the Greater Greater Washington Organization.

The county put out a Request for Proposals to develop all four sites together in July, instead of bidding them out separately, GGW reports.
