WILMINGTON, DE-AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals hasput its South Campus off Concord Pike here on the market forsale.
The properties include a four-story 203,602-square-foot buildingand a three-story, 153,949-square-foot building on 58-acres. Theparcel has been approved for an additional 832,000 square feet ofoffice space, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.AstraZeneca intends to vacate the two properties by the end of nextyear.
Doug Rodio, an investment broker withJones Lang LaSalle, who is marketing the propertyfor sale, says, “There are a handful of potential users looking tomove their businesses into all or a portion of this headquartersfacility. We have also talked to several local and regionaldevelopers looking at the site because of its great location,existing infrastructure and high-quality construction.”
