ROCHESTER, MN-Richfield Hospitality Inc. reports it will assume the management of five downtown hotels here.

The Greenwood Village, CO-based firm will manage the Kahler Grand Hotel, the Rochester Marriott, the Kahler Inn & Suites, the Residence Inn Rochester, and the International Hotel, which is connected to the Mayor Clinic, according to the Denver Business Journal.

The five hotels account for 75% of the hotel rooms in downtown Rochester. The properties had been managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts of Arlington, VA. See story in the Denver Business Journal.
