PHILADELPHIA-Dranoff Properties is reportedly considering a large mixed-use project across from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
Carl Dranoff, president of Dranoff Properties, is reportedly seeking to secure multiple parcels along South Broad Street for the venture that initially calls for condominiums, a hotel and restaurant, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Dranoff has already completed several residential developments along South Broad including Symphony House, 777 South Broad and South Star. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
