NEW YORK CITY-Hedge fund firm Moore Capital Management is reportedly in talks to lease penthouse space at 11 Times Square.

The firm, which operates out of space at 1251 Sixth Ave. is in negotiations to lease approximately 80,000 square feet of space on the upper floors at the 1.1-million-square-foot 11 Times Square tower, including penthouse space, according to Crain's New York Business.

Neil Goldmacher of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is representing Moore Capital. Mitch Konsker of Jones Lang LaSalle leads a team that represents the owners of the property, a partnership of  SJP Properties and Prudential. See story in Crain's New York Business.
