DURHAM, NC-GreenHawk Corp. of Raleigh has acquired the remaining land at the dormant Four Seasons at Renaissance project off Page Road here for approximately $12 million and plans to restart the development under a different name next year.

The Four Seasons active adult community was developed by K. Hovnanian Homes, which finished and sold 18 homes in the proposed 455-unit community. Work at the development stopped in 2012, according to the Triangle Business Journal.

GreenHawk President Craig Briner says the firm plans to restart construction at the Four Seasons site in early 2014. The company is negotiating its first lot sale to a local builder group, he adds. See story in the Triangle Business Journal.
