STERLING, VA-George Mason University is shifting its Loudon County graduate and undergraduate programs to Signal Hill Plaza here.
GMU will relocate from nearly 21,000 square feet at 21641 Ridgetop Circle for 18,296 square feet at 21335 Signal Hill Plaza in July 2014, according to the Washington Business Journal. The move is promoted by a desire to have its operations closer to the Loudoun County campus of Northern Virginia Community College.
More space may be needed in the future at the 62,500-square-foot office building owned by MR Office LC as its programs grow, a GMU spokeswoman says. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
