CHANDLER, AZ-Wells Fargo & Co. will break ground on Dec. 11 on its $125-million expansion project at its corporate campus here.
The project will feature two, four-story buildings totaling 410,000 square feet of office space, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. The expansion initiative will double the company's office space at its regional campus.
“The buildings will provide room for 2,500 additional team members, giving us the ability to relocate team members and the flexibility for growth,” Lori Brown, a local Wells Fargo spokeswoman, said.
The project is the second phase of the Wells Fargo campus that sits on 63 acres on Price and Queen Creek Roads. See story in the Phoenix Business Journal.
