CHICAGO-PCM Logistics has signed a long-term lease at 300 S. Riverside Plaza in the West Loop totaling slightly over 28,000 square-feet.
The move from its current quarters at 111 N. Canal St. will allow the El Segundo, CA-based firm to more than double its Chicago workforce. The technology sales company currently employs 105 workers. The move will allow the firm to house as many as 230 workers in its new space, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
The relocation will be a lateral move in terms of its real estate presence. The company currently leases 28,069 square feet on Canal Street and will occupy 28,074 square feet at its Riverside Plaza offices.
