HOUSTON-Watermark Properties of Indianapolis has acquired almost 13 acres of land a few miles from Exxon Mobil's Corp's campus here that will be the site of a new apartment development.
Watermark acquired the 12.9-acre parcel from Johnson Development of Houston. The North Houston property is located in the Harmony master-planned community, according to the Houston Chronicle that first reported the sale.
The site will be home to a new four-story, 308-unit apartment complex to be developed by Watermark. No financial details on the land sale transaction were released. See story in the Houston Business Journal.
