Enviro Company Buys Land for Expansion in Grand Prairie

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-ES&H was quick to show interest when the adjoining parcel hit the market.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Boucvalt Real Estate DE LLC of Austin has purchased a parcel in Grand Prairie so that an affiliate can expand its business.

The two-acre tract includes a small office building and sits near the ES&H of Texas LLC site on Gilbert Road. The seller, Guido Construction Inc., had outgrown the property.

ES&H has a fleet of heavy equipment for its environmental cleanup and emergency response business. The Grand Prairie operation is one of 14 locations in Louisiana, Alabama and Texas.

Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the deal for the seller and buyer.
