ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-Ceannate Corp. has expanded its corporate headquarters space here and has signed a lease for a new office in nearby Buffalo Grove.
The firm, which specializes in providing business process outsourcing services for government and affiliated sectors, signed a deal that will expand its Rolling Meadows headquarters at 1701 W. Golf Road by nearly 50% to 74,000 square feet, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
Ceannate, which collects overdue student loan debt, also signed a 31,000-square-foot lease at 1100 W. Lake Cook in Buffalo Grove. The property, owned by Hamilton Partners, is now occupied by FedEx, which is expected to vacate the space in May of this year. See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
