GEORGETOWN, MD-Discount shoe retailer DSW has signed a lease to open a location at the refurbished Shops at Georgetown Park here.
DSW will join T.J. Maxx/Home Goods, H&M, J. Crew and the Pinstripes bowling alley, bar and grill, which will be opening soon at the center owned by Vornado Realty Trust. Ryan Wilner, a principal with KLNB Retail, which represented DSW in the transaction, confirmed the lease signing to the Washington Business Journal.
The size of the lease or the lease term were not reported. The Georgetown store will be the retailer's third in the District. Its other locations are at the DC USA shopping center in Columbia Heights and on Wisconsin Avenue in Friendship Heights. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
