BALTIMORE-Millennial Media is significantly expanding its presence at the Can Company building here.

The mobile advertising company signed a 10-year lease for 96,000 square feet that will more than double its presence at the property on Boston Street in the Canton section of the city, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. A company filing states the lease deal is valued at $1.8 million a year or $18.75 a square foot.

Millennial currently occupies 40,00 square feet at the building. The firm will be taking over the 50,000-square-foot space in the adjacent Can Company factor building that was formerly occupied by the former Emerging Technology Center. The company will also occupy the former Field House restaurant, which is being converted to office space. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
