PHILADELPHIA-Locally-based Equus Capital Partners Ltd. reports it has closed its ninth real estate investment fund totaling $310 million.

Over the past two decades, Equus Capital through its nine funds has pooled approximately $3 billion, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Equus has already invested $83 million of the fund and acquired nine properties. The company plans to deploy the funding over the next two years.

“It's doing really well,” said Daniel M. DiLella, president and chief executive officer at Equus Capital. “The hard part is finding deals.” See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
