SECAUCUS, NJ-Apparel and footwear company Geoffrey Allen Corp. is consolidating its operations here and has signed a long-term lease for its corporate headquarters at 115 Enterprise Ave. South.
Geoffrey Allen signed a lease for a combination of office and distribution space totaling 78,000 square feet at the 184,000-square-foot property owned by Hartz Mountain Industries Inc. The firm currently leases space at two buildings nearby that are also owned by Hartz, according to The Record.
Officials with the Edison and East Rutherford offices of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented Geoffrey Allen in the transaction. Hartz handled lease negotiations in-house. See story in The Record.
