BALTIMORE-H&S Bakery Inc.'s planned relocation of its distribution center from Fells Point to the Hollander 95 business park could be completed by this summer.

H&S Banker's Northeast Foods' contractor for the new distribution center, Mullan Contracting Co., states that site work is underway for the new 27,000-square-foot office and distribution center. The company's timeline states that work on the venture could be completed by “mid-summer,” according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

H&S and Northeast Foods are owned by John Paterakis, who developed the Harbor East neighborhood. The H&S distribution center is located next to the Harbor East community. Paterakis has said the Whole Foods store in Harbor East might move to an expanded location on either the distribution center property or an H&S-owned parking lot nearby.
