CHICAGO-The daily newspaper The Chicago Sun-Times could be vacating its headquarters space in the River North Point office building by year's end.

Kevin Kuzemchak, a senior vice president with building owner Shorenstein Properties LLC, confirms that Wrapports LLC, the owner of the Sun-Times Media Group newspapers, has ended its lease at the property. The exterior of the 23-story River North Point building, formerly known as the Apparel Center, is adorned with the Chicago Sun-Times name in large lettering, Wrapports currently leases 98,000 square feet of space at the property located at 350 N. Orleans St. See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
