NEW YORK CITY-College Board has signed a lease for approximately 145,000 square feet of space and will be moving its headquarters to Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan.
The owner of the SAT test will relocate from offices at 45 Columbus Ave. to space formerly occupied at the 250 Vesey St. building by Merrill Lynch & Co., according to Bloomberg News.
“This transaction, coupled with other notable recent relocations from Midtown and other submarkets, continued to differentiate lower Manhattan as the home to innovative thinkers across a broad spectrum of industries,” states David Cheikin, vice president of leasing at New York-based Brookfield Office, the owner of the property.
College Board will occupy space on the 16th and 17th floors and part of the 18th floor. See story at Bloomberg News.
