CHICAGO-Talent Partners has signed a lease for more than 29,000 square feet of office space at the Wrigley Building.

The lease deal is the largest since the building changed ownership in 2011 and subsequently underwent a major renovation, according to Crain's Chicago business.

The New York City-based company that services the advertising industry is leasing the entire 14th floor of the twin tower landmark building at 400-410 N. Michigan Ave. The firm will occupy a total of 29,095 square feet. The lease brings the 472,639-square-foot Wrigley Building to 45% leased.

Talent Partners currently occupies approximately 20,000 square feet at 541 N. Fairbanks Court. The Wrigley Building is owned by BDT Capital Partners LLC, Zeller Realty Group and Groupon Inc. co-founders Eric Lefkovsky and Brad Keywell. See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
